Sue Sonemany, Licensed Vocational Nurse

One of the newer members of our staff at Bishop Davies Nursing Center, Sue has been with us for two years and works directly with patients as an LVN, Licensed Vocational Nurse. Sue enjoys taking care of our residents, and getting to know them and their families.

During the latter part of nursing school, during her clinical teaching, Sue feels that she found her calling in life while working with elderly patients. Sue believes that her motivation to work with the geriatric population stems from never having a chance to know her own grandparents. Her grandmother passed before she was born, and she was never able to visit her grandfather in Thailand before he passed away. Sue enjoys spending time with her patients so much that she even comes to visit them on her days off from work, and sometimes brings her young daughter, Arwyn, along for the visit.

Sue hails from Forest Park, Georgia, and moved to the Dallas area after finishing nursing school in Wythefield, Virginia.
