Candice Ramirez , Director of Nursing

Candice Ramirez is the Director of Nursing for Bishop Hospice and Lifetime Home Health. A native of Fort Worth, Candice earned a degree in Nursing from Texas Christian University and has excelled throughout her academic and professional career.

In the time that she has spent at Bishop Davies, Candice has grown to have sincere admiration for the elderly, and loves coming to work everyday to visit with her patients and their families. She has said that her appreciation for the geriatric population began with her grandparents, with whom she was very close. Candice had the experience of seeing her grandparents enter nursing home and hospice care, and she feels that this has caused her to better relate to those that she works with on a daily basis.

In her free time, Candice enjoys spending time with her sons, Roland and Ryan, working in her garden, and reading.
