Nutrition and Dining
 At Bishop Davies Nursing Center, we pride ourselves on the quality of the meals provided to our residents. Each day, we take the time to speak with each resident about the dining preferences for each meal and then our team of culinary experts works to provide them with food that is nutritionally sound and pleasing to the palate.
Our daily menus are planned by a registered dietician, and we accommodate a variety of diets including doctor prescribed therapeutic diets including pureed, mechanical, soft, no added salt, or no concentrated sweets.
Residents can choose to take their meals in their rooms or our dining rooms. Our beautiful dining rooms are spacious and airy. Filled with natural lighting, the setting lends itself to a pleasant dining experience.
Dorothy Chambers, our Food Service Manager, has worked with us for more than 20 years, and prides herself on the excellent food her team provides to the residents of Bishop Davies.
